Prepared Meals Order Policy

Thank you for trusting Global Gourmet for your deliciously-done-for-you meals! Please review our order policy below and reach out to us at Taste@GlobalGourmetExperience.com if you have any additional questions.
 

Order Minimum

  • A minimum of 3 meals per order is required.
     

Delivery Schedule

  • Prepared meals are currently hand-delivered on a weekly basis Mon - Tues of each week.

  • Deliveries will continue weekly until our physical store opens on November 7th, 2025 (after which pick-up will also be available).

  • Deliveries will only be accommodated for customers in greater-Dayton, OH area (Lebanon, Miamisburg, Springboro, Centerville, Dayton, etc.)

 

Ordering Deadline

  • Orders must be placed by each Friday at 11:59 PM (EST) for delivery the following week.

 

Delivery Details

  • Our team will confirm delivery times via email/text the weekend before your scheduled delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your meals, or provide a safe drop-off location.

 

Payments & Changes

  • Payment is due at checkout when placing your order online.

  • Orders are non-refundable after the cutoff time, as all meals are freshly prepared.
